Leonardo Braswell ia a passionate music teacher who has been immersed in the world of music since the age of 10. Born into a musical family, he found early inspiration from his father, whose guitar strumming resonated deeply within him.
At the age of 16, Leonardo discovered a new love for the piano, finding in its keys a profound connection that surpassed his previous musical experiences. Fueled by passion and dedication, he delved into the intricacies of the instrument, honing his skills and expanding his musical repertoire.
Leonardo pursued his musical aspirations at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Music. Immersed in a rich musical environment, he cultivated his talents and deepened his understanding of the art form.
From 2011 to 2014, Leonardo served as a general music and band teacher at Northern Granville Middle School. During his tenure, he shared his passion for music with students, fostering their creativity and instilling in them a love for the art form. In addition, Leonardo serves as a dedicated church musician, contributing his talents to enriching worship experiences.
Guided by his father's musical legacy and a profound appreciation for music that stirs the soul, Leonardo draws inspiration from melodies that evoke genuine emotions and experiences. His favorite genres to play include jazz, R&B, and gospel, which heavily influence his playing style and allow him to express his musicality with authenticity.
